Meet the Founder

A dynamic and results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience and a demonstrated track record in scaling biotech’s by partnering with seed stage companies, to shape and build out both their HR infrastructure and the organization, I specialize in building and executing HR strategies that align seamlessly with business objectives. My expertise spans across the full spectrum of HR functions, with a particular strength in attracting top talent, developing high-performing teams, and driving organizational success. As a trusted business partner to executive leadership, I’ve been instrumental in shaping HR infrastructure, designing career frameworks, and establishing robust compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies. With a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic guidance, I excel at advising companies through growth.

Throughout my career, I have continuously honed my HR expertise with a focus on building scalable systems that support both growth and culture. A defining achievement was my work in establishing the HR function for two early-stage drug discovery companies. In these roles, I partnered closely with the executive team to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, that attract top talent and build the compensation and benefits infrastructure that enabled the organization to scale rapidly and effectively.
