As a fractional Head of People, I build and lead the People function in a part-time, interim capacity for a fraction of what it would cost to hire a full-time People Leader.

My focus is generally twofold: handling the day-to-day People issues that inevitably pop up while simultaneously building the foundation of your People strategies and processes. With fractional engagements, I function as both a builder and an operator.

I have found that most clients prefer me to be employee-facing, allowing employees to approach me directly with any concerns. Additionally, some clients have me oversee and manage the more junior members of their People team.

Project Based Consulting

Project-based consulting makes sense when clients have a clearly defined need to complete a specific deliverable.

The specifics of each project vary widely, but past projects have included developing performance management and career ladder frameworks, to name a few.

After assessing your current People processes and future needs, I’ll partner with you to scope your project’s requirements, define deliverables, and align on the expected timeline.

Advisory Services

I work with a limited number of companies as a People Advisor to support the company’s growth.

As a People Advisor, I advise my clients on how to build the foundation of their People function, make recommendations on HR tech platforms, facilitate introductions to top talent within my network, and provide guidance on avoiding common but costly HR missteps.

Unlike fractional leadership, where I tend to function as a hands-on builder and operator, Advisory Services are more about helping Founders think strategically about building the People function.
